Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely! We only use ingredients that are legally authorised for sale in the UK/EU. We follow the EU Novel Foods Register 1997 - the framework that recognises food ingredients that are safe for consumers.
We do not add harmful, toxic or unnecessary substances to our supplements. This means that you will never see synthetic excipients and fillers such as maltrose, maltodextrin, and sorbitol in our products!
To ensure stability of our formulations, which includes improving absorption in the body, we use natural fillers instead, including bamboo extract and rice flour.
Take one sachet daily - take all four capsules together with water, with or without food, before midday.
Our supplements contain Vitamin B which supports energy metabolism. Scientific evidence also shows that our botanical ingredients such as Ginseng and Lion's Mane improve clarity of mind and energy levels. As these supplements are intended to be 'energising', we recommend taking them early in the day so that they do not affect your sleep.
We proudly manufacture and pack our supplements in the UK.
Where we are not able to obtain ingredients locally, we carefully source for the best ingredients from worldwide suppliers.
We formulated Nuwa Productivity with (a) convenience and (b) bioavailability in mind.
Nuwa Productivity is designed to make your daily routine simpler and more effective. Capsules are a convenient, no-fuss option — just grab and go, whether you're at home or on the move. They also allow us to deliver high-quality, bioavailable formulations without unnecessary fillers, binders or ingredient stabilisers, helping your body absorb the nutrients more efficiently.
Nuwa Productivity comes in four capsules to ensure you’re getting the optimal amount of each ingredient — so you can truly feel the difference in focus and mental clarity. Our formula was designed with the demands of modern life in mind, providing targeted support for anyone juggling a busy schedule and looking to stay sharp and balanced throughout the day.
Not necessarily.
Magnesium is often associated with as a supplement to be taken at night time, because of its popularity in the market as a "sleep supplement".
The truth is, Magnesium is used in over 300 essential biochemical reactions in your body - day OR night!
Magnesium forms a crucial part of the Nuwa Productivity formulation because it can reduce fatigues and tiredness and supports normal nervous and psychological function - benefits which we think are important in supporting productivity throughout the day!
You may refer to the best before date on the box packaging. While our products offer long shelf life, we typically recommend you consume your supplement within 2 months of purchase. After 2 months, moisture may enter the packaging, causing spotting due to clumping of ingredients. This is rarely dangerous — some simply might not like the look of it!
We have not tested our supplements with pregnant and breastfeeding women. Please consult your healthcare provider before using this supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Vitamin B, particularly riboflavin (B2), could cause your urine to turn yellow.
Don’t worry — this is totally normal and completely harmless!
Why does this happen? Vitamin B is water-soluble, meaning your body takes what it needs, and flushes out the rest, which can make your urine look bright yellow. It just means your body is processing the vitamin.
However, if the bright yellow colour persists even after you stop taking the supplement, it might be worth checking with a doctor, as it could also be a sign of dehydration or another issue.
