Nuwa offers 30-day money back guarantee on all supplements sold on our website (hellonuwa.com) only. This means you will have 30 days to request a refund after receiving your order.
In a situation where something's not quite right, please follow the steps below:
- To process your refund, simply email info@hellonuwa.com including your name, order number, date of your purchase, and reason for refund. We aim to respond in less than 24 hours.
- A member of our team will assess your refund request, and you will be asked to return the product via Royal Mail and cover the return postage fee. The cost of your return will be deducted from your refund.
- Once your refund/ returns request is successfully processed, you will receive your refund within 5-10 working days.
